Key responsibilities:

Be responsible for the initial guest and member interaction upon their arrival, set the tone by ensuring guests are warmly welcomed and courteously check them in.
Support the tasting room team with seating guests, setting tables, guest service and any other tasks as requested.
Coordinate seating arrangements effectively with guests and wine educators.
Handle reservations and print the daily bookings
Be knowledgeable on the products and services offered by the tasting room.
