We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented professional to join our post-sales team as a Customer Success Manager. This role is ideal for a top-tier sales professional who is eager to transition from traditional inbound/outbound sales into a post-sale, consultative environment.
As a CSM, your primary goal will be to drive retention and expansion by building strong, strategic relationships with clients. This is not a passive support role—it requires a proactive approach, commercial awareness, and the ability to guide customers toward long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Retention: Proactively engage with a portfolio of customers to understand their business goals and ensure they are gaining maximum value from the platform. Retain customers at risk of churning and convert potential churn into loyalty.
Flex Your Sales Expertise: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio to support revenue growth.
Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide consultative guidance, demonstrate product value, and help customers overcome challenges.
Win Back Customers: Apply persuasive skills and commercial acumen to strengthen and reinforce customer commitment.

Qualifications & Experience
