You will oversee service delivery, financial performance, client relationships, and team leadership while ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.

What You’ll Do
- Lead regional operational and financial performance

- Manage budgets, resources, and operational delivery
- Ensure SLA compliance and service quality standards
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Lead, coach, and develop operational teams
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation
- Manage employee relations and workforce performance
- Ensure compliance with OHS and quality management standards
What You Bring
- Degree or Advanced Diploma qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience within services industries
- Strong operational and financial management skills
- Knowledge of OHS and quality management systems
- Excellent leadership and people management ability
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical capability
- Valid South African driver’s licence
