Award-winning 5 Star Game Lodge requires an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to manage the Spa. Experience in Spa management will be required and knowledge in marketing will be beneficial.- MUST have a full Beauty Qualifications
- 4-5 years of working experience in a busy Spa/Salon as a Manager
- ESP Systems Hands-on experience and excellent Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, Emails, etc.) with good Administrative skills.
- Must be an excellent salesperson
- Have a strong record of training and leading people
- Must be proactive and always look for new opportunities to increase the overall wellness of the spa
- Must have excellent product knowledge of various spa products
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be sales and target driven and must be able to motivate therapists to reach targets
- Previous experience with the opening and implementation of a spa would be beneficial
