Job Summary
The Role:
This role will be the financial business partner to the Supply Chain and Marketing team and lead the preparation of the price list and bill of material files, taking responsibility for continuous process improvement and optimisation through system automation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management and tracking of store pricing files and associated price queries
- Management and tracking of bill of material files and associated queries
- Stakeholder management of these files with franchise, logistics, point-of-sale providers, sales and marketing teams
- Price and bill of material files integration
- Rebate and write-off impacts
- Price variance account impacts
- Food and paper cost impacts
- System / process automation/ projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- High proficiency in Excel

- Innovative:
- Improve management of pricing and bill of material files
- Integrate pricing and bill of material files
- Work towards building a management system and reporting tool

- Trouble shooting efficiencies with regards to management of the pricing and bill of material files. Automation of this process.
QUALIFICATIONS & ESPERIENCE:
- BCom Finance (Preferably with CIMA)
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience within Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) / FMCG industry
