Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead all staff.
- Oversee hospitality budgets for the Guest House and Tasting Rooms.
- Coordinate and manage estate events.
- Handle retail procurement, including appointing suppliers and selecting products.
- Liaise with media, VIP clients, and guests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Actively and positively promote the company’s services and products.
Requirements
- Proven track record as an experienced Hospitality Manager.
- Excellent communication (fluent in English & Afrikaans) and negotiation skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office).
- Strong knowledge of classic cuisine and wine.
- Customer-service driven.
- Experience in upmarket or fine-dining hospitality environments.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, creativity, and innovation.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Qualification in Hospitality Management and/or Project Management.
