Job Summary
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for the hospitality industry? Our client, a well-established restaurant in Bloemfontein with a strong reputation for excellent service and quality food, is looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience
- Lead, train, and motivate the waitstaff and hosts to deliver top-tier service
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations, seating plans, and peak-hour flow
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless communication
Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry

Excellent people skills and the ability to lead by example

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

A passion for delivering unforgettable customer experiences

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
- Negotiable up to R12 000 per month, depending on experience
