Job Summary
Duties:
Greet customers, take orders, explain menu items, suggest products, and process payments (cash / card).
Brew and serve hot / cold coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, often involving espresso, milk steaming and latte art.
Use and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders and POS systems.
Keep work areas, seating, equipment and utensils sanitized and organized.
Restock supplies like beans, cups, lids, syrups and food items; assist with inventory.
Collaborate with team members and assist with opening / closing duties.
Requirements:
Grade 12
A formal qualification will be an advantage
At least 2 – 3 years’ experience
Strong customer service & communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of coffee, brewing methods, and drink recipes.
Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Passion for coffee and creating enjoyable customer experiences.
Friendly, positive, and approachable personality.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new techniques.
