Job Summary
REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality or Hotel Management essential
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Front Office Manager within a 5-star hospitality environment
- Strong experience in Front Office, Reservations, Guest Relations, and Revenue Management
- Experience working with Property Management Systems (Opera or Apex advantageous)
- Strong financial administration and reporting skills
- Experience managing OTA extranets and online booking platforms
- Revenue-driven with strong analytical and forecasting abilities
- Proven leadership, staff management, and training experience
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
- High attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
- Professional presentation and service excellence mindset
- Ability to work under pressure in a luxury hospitality environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the daily operation of the Front Office Department
- Manage Front Office, Reservations, Guest Relations, and Revenue Management functions
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards at all times
- Monitor occupancy, rates, forecasting, and revenue performance
- Maintain and manage OTA extranets and reservation channels
- Oversee financial controls including debtors, deposits, night audits, and reporting
- Review and implement Front Office procedures and operating standards
- Manage guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery processes
- Lead, train, mentor, and develop Front Office staff
- Conduct staff appraisals, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Produce operational and revenue reports for management
- Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and departmental performance
