Job Summary
REQUIREMENT:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality / Hotel Management essential
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Front Office Manager within a 5-star hospitality environment
- Strong Front Office, Reservations, Guest Relations, and Revenue Management experience
- Experience working with Property Management Systems (Apex or Opera preferred)
- Strong financial controls understanding including debtors, deposits, and night audit procedures
- Ability to manage OTA extranets and reservation systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational ability
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Professional, well-presented, and guest-focused approach
- Strong staff training, coaching, and disciplinary management ability
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office Department
- Ensure exceptional guest service and guest satisfaction standards
- Manage Front Office, Reservations, and Guest Relations operations
- Oversee revenue management, forecasting, and reporting
- Review and implement Front Office systems and procedures
- Manage OTA extranets and online booking platforms
- Monitor financial controls including debtors, advanced deposits, and audit procedures
- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Lead, train, and motivate Front Office staff
- Conduct staff appraisals, coaching, and disciplinary procedures
- Support overall operational and commercial objectives of the property
- Maintain professionalism and operational excellence at all times
