Job Summary
Campaign & Operational Coordination
• Scheduling: Organise and manage promotional content (e.g., social media posts, email newsletters, and ad placements) to ensure launches stay on track.
• Liaison: Serving as a point of contact between internal departments, external agencies, and vendors.
• Assisting and supporting marketing campaigns, strategies, plans, and objectives.
Content & Event Support
• Content Creation: Assisting with copywriting for blogs, case studies and ad copy.
• Design & production of artwork for advertising (posters, banners, billboards, labels, social media ads, etc.).
• Assisting with daily marketing tasks, projects, physical tasks, etc.
• Marketing material design, updates, printing on a large format printer, dispatching, ordering, etc.
• Marketing communications (emailers, SMS, etc.)
• Manage social media presence, communication, design, etc.
• Video content creation and planning, product photography, food styling, videography, editing and publishing.
• Ensure deadlines are met with creative and valuable work delivered.
• Event Planning: Helping coordinate logistics for trade shows, webinars, conferences, and product launches
General Tasks
• Assisting with managing the company website.
• Admin duties as needed.
• Attend to various other administrative tasks not directly associated to the position.
