? NEW OPPORTUNITY | TECHNICAL SALES / ACCOUNT MANAGER ? Location: Durban
CJ Staffing is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with, a global leader specialising in innovative ingredient solutions for the bakery and milling industry.
? Salary: R45 000 – R50 000 CTC + Commission + Fuel + Medical Aid + Pension
?? Travel: South Africa & Southern African regions (Namibia, Botswana, Zambia etc.)
We are looking for a driven, technically minded Sales/Account Manager with strong communication skills and a passion for business development.
? Ideal Background:
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary education in Consumer Science, Food Technology, Food Science, Baking, Milling, or related fields would be highly advantageous.
- Experience within the baking, milling, ingredients, or food manufacturing industry
- Previous exposure to technical ingredients, flour improvers, premixes, or related products
- Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development experience
- Formulation/recipe development experience advantageous
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Go-getter attitude with a hunger for sales and growth
- Must be Durban-based or willing to relocate
? Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and growing existing accounts
- New business development and lead generation
- Presenting technical solutions/products to clients
- Working closely with customers and the Managing Director
- Developing strategies to grow market share and margins
- Regular travel to clients across SA and neighbouring countries
