To operate any store, achieving maximum sales and profit by having a motivated, high performing and skilled team who consistently deliver.
Build team spirit in the store family maintaining a healthy and safe working environment.
Recruit, train and continuously develop the team to achieve their personal best and handle all Disciplinary Procedures and Hearings.
Actively market and promote the store in alignment with national, regional, and local marketing procedures and initiatives by preparing and implementing a local marketing plan.
Monitor daily customer counts and ticket averages and train staff on up selling techniques by being an “order maker” rater than an “order taker”.
Managing staffing working rosters to ensure maximum productivity and reducing unnecessary labour costs.
Maintain administrative systems and process all relevant information timeously and accurately.
Ensure that all the equipment is functional and regularly maintained according to the policies and procedures.
Control all stock and monthly food cost expectations.
Ensuring that staff accountability is maintained by making sure that daily stock issuing to the kitchen production teams is done and reconciled daily and that any losses are immediately recovered.
Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.
Perform duties and behave in accordance with the House rules.
Minimum 3 year’s experience required.
