Job Summary
Minimum requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or Advertising. Postgraduate Marketing qualification (advantageous).
Minimum 3 years' experience in Brand Management within an FMCG environment.
Food manufacturing experience with trade and sales exposure is essential.

Duties and responsibilities:
Managing and executing brand strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand equity, revenue growth, and market share.
Leading the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, key projects, and brand initiatives.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
Managing innovation timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Leading the development and execution of shopper marketing activities to drive category growth, improve in-store visibility, optimise share of shelf, and support the successful launch of new products.
Identifying opportunities and risks, developing business cases for new projects, and implementing action plans and tactics where required.
Engaging and collaborating with cross-functional internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Building and maintaining relationships with external partners, agencies, and suppliers to support successful project delivery and collaboration.
