Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy restaurant environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and driving overall restaurant performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Ensure high levels of customer service and customer satisfaction
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Monitor stock levels and place orders when required
- Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Manage cash-ups, reporting, and general administrative duties
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Drive sales and ensure profitability targets are met
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in a Restaurant Manager role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and customer service
- Strong administrative and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transport will be advantageous
