Salary: R15,000 – R17,000 (Negotiable DOE)
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and service-oriented Waitress for a luxury guest farm based in Franschhoek. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and delivering refined dining experiences in a high-end environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide warm, attentive, and professional food and beverage service
Ensure guests receive a high standard of service at all times
Take accurate orders and deliver food and drinks efficiently
Set up, clear, and maintain dining areas to luxury standards
Assist with menu knowledge, including food and wine pairings where required
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
Requirements
Previous experience as a waitress in a luxury hotel, lodge, restaurant, or guest farm
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation and a guest-focused attitude
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
