What You’ll Be Doing
Craft & Consistency: Build, shake, and stir cocktails to exact specs, while pouring beer and wine with zero waste.
The Social Hub: Read the room. Know when a guest wants a conversation and when they just want a quiet drink.
Precision Under Pressure: Handle high-volume rounds without losing your cool (or your measurements).
Bar Stewardship: Maintain a pristine station, prep fresh juices and garnishes, and manage inventory like it’s your own business.
Safety First: Assertively and politely manage alcohol service, ensuring every guest has a safe and enjoyable time.
What You Bring to the Rail
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced bar or upscale restaurant environment.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of classic cocktails, spirits, craft beer, and wine pairing.
The "Flow": You move with purpose behind the bar and always stay three steps ahead of your next order.
