Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Bartender / Barista to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, speciality coffees and other hot beverages, while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, coffees, cappuccinos, lattes and other hot and cold beverages. Operate coffee machines and prepare quality coffee beverages according to company standards. Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, coffee station and equipment. Ensure compliance with liquor laws and responsible service of alcohol. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Assist with stock control, ordering and inventory management. Monitor stock levels and minimise wastage. Ensure beverages are prepared and presented according to company standards. Assist with bar and beverage service during functions, conferences and events when required. Requirements: Previous experience as a Barman, Bartender or Barista within a hotel, restaurant or similar hospitality environment. Experience in both bartending and barista duties is essential. Good knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and beverage service. Ability to operate coffee machines and prepare a variety of speciality coffees. Strong communication and customer service skills. Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. A professional, friendly and team-oriented attitude.
