This Senior Wealth Assistant role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to Wealth Advisors, ensuring the seamless implementation of financial planning, retirement, investment, and risk management solutions for a diverse client base.
You will play a pivotal role in managing new business implementation, servicing existing client portfolios, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting advisors with the delivery of exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Process new business applications for both new and existing clients.
- Ensure all client documentation is completed accurately and in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Follow up on outstanding business and documentation to ensure efficient processing.
- Assist with retirement claims and retirement fund administration.
- Facilitate transfers and investment-related transactions.
- Support the administration of life insurance and risk products.
- Assist with client reviews and financial planning administration.
- Attend to client queries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client records and update databases regularly.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial services legislation and internal standards.
- Assist with claims administration and other client servicing requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Proactively manage workloads and prioritise tasks to ensure outstanding service delivery.
Job Experience and Skills Required
- Matric.
- National Diploma in Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the investment or financial services industry.
- Minimum 3 years' experience within a broker support or wealth administration environment.
- Strong understanding of investment, retirement, and risk products.
- Experience working with financial service provider platforms and online systems.
- Strong administrative and client servicing experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
