Fully Experienced & Qualified Sales Manager required to work from home, Managing Busy sales Team of 14 Agents. Must be Positive, able to drive sales and motivate your team. We have been trading since 2007 and there is a lot of pressure with this job. The Ideal candidate will be computer literate, will be organised with their own PC or Laptop and have their own phone. Airtime and Internet imperative for the job. You Need a car with full clean drivers licence.
We have over 65000 Timeshare & Holiday clients on our books that need maintaining. There is no cold calling involved.
Your main role is to hire & fire staff, recruit new agents, and day to day management of existing agents. Your job involves driving sales forward and reaching sales targets and in exchange you will be paid handsomely with the added option of bonuses for reaching targets.
The Position holds a 3 month Probation Period, where your performance will be monitored.
We expect communication daily and updates on sales/targets. Meetings three times a week with Directors, you will be expected to be Professional and to be a key communicator. You will be expected to be organised with Excell Breakdowns/Charts to report back to the Directors.
