Waterkloof, Pretoria: SALES MANAGER Minimum Requirements: -Well presentable and professional -Afrikaans and English first & second languages -Matric + Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Communications a must -Minimum 5 years Sales experience A MUST -Knowledge in Shopping Centre / Parking Management industry or similar -Retail, commercial or property experience required -Excellent oral and written communication skills -Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas -Excellent leadership and Business Management skills -Experience setting sales goals -Results-oriented with strong analytical skills -Proficient in Microsoft Office -Advanced time management skills -Stable employment record and contactable references Duties: -Maintain and develop Sales portfolio for Parking Management company -Oversee national sales, promotions and campaigns -Direct and coordinate sales activities nationally -Prepare sales budgets & projections, approve expenditures -Track and analyze sales statistics -Set discount rates and determine price schedules -Advise service providers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures Salary: R 30 000 gross basic Benefits: Commission, company petrol, company cellphone E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF (not as a link) to oneilc@telkomsa.net and indicate Ref CR2251 and your salary expectation in context with amount offered.
