Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote company services and products across Supply Chain, Food & Beverage, Fuel & Energy, General Trading, Logistics, Warehousing, and Cross-Border Trading sectors.
• Must be a team player and able to participate in a team collaborated environment.
• Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients locally and internationally.
• Ability to professionally deal with high profile clients, CEO’s, Directors and government officials.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
• Achieve sales targets, monitor market trends, and provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.
• Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, operations, finance, and warehousing) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive pricing, and industry developments.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements to secure profitable deals for the company.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote Osla Trading and Logistics.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly while ensuring positive client relationships.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 3 years proven sales experience.
