Job Summary
Sales Representative with Managerial skills is Required by a Manufacturing Company in Alberton. To also lead the Internal sales group.
Experience in the Steel Industry will be an advantage (Quick Fasteners, Handles, Hinges and Metal Pressings).
Client Relations: Strong client liaison, including, order follow-up, addressing complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining positive long-term relationships. Negotiation & Deal Closures.
Skilled in negotiating and closing sales and service deals, identifying opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Communication: Proficient in telephone and in-person communication, presenting to existing and prospective customers, and answering technical queries.
Sales & Service Strategy: Identifying sales/service opportunities, cold calling, and growing new business.
Pricing & Reporting: Providing accurate, competitive pricing, reporting to management, and ensuring pricing and stock consistency.
