Job Summary
What you’ll be doing:
Manage and grow a portfolio of pharmacies, health stores, and boutiques across KZN and regional areas
- mostly internal sales with approx. 4 days per month out in the field calling on customers including Midlands and North Coast regions
Build strong, long-term relationships through regular customer contact via telephone, email and store visits - always providing exceptional service
Achieve monthly sales targets and spot opportunities for range expansions and new business
Ensure stock levels, merchandising standards, and product displays are always on point
Support new customer onboarding, product training, launches, and promotions
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive brand growth
Represent the brand at events, expos, and stockist activations
What we’re looking for:
Matric
Tertiary qualification in Sales / Marketing is a plus
Previous sales or sales support experience with a proven track record
Strong computer skills - especially Excel
A genuine passion for sustainability, natural and eco-conscious products
Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills
Own reliable transport
