Job Summary
The primary objective of the Marketing Assistant/Support position is to provide comprehensive support to operational activities and projects within the marketing department. This role requires a highly organized and structured individual that contributes to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our Marketing Department.
Requirements
- Support marketing operations, ensuring campaigns and projects are executed efficiently from inception to delivery within established timelines.
- Support on commercial activities (tradeshows, marketing events etc.), working closely with event party to ensure the smooth execution of all activities.
- Assume responsibility for administrative tasks associated with marketing operations and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring alignment with our objectives and standards.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects within the Marketing Department, ensuring accountability.
- Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of assigned projects and activities.
- Manage marketing driven tradeshows and events, ensuring successful implementation.
- Provide support on regular project and or campaign status reports to project teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
- Manage timelines, deadlines and communicate these well within the team to ensure clarity.
- Manage and update marketing databases, CRM records, and contact lists.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
INTERNAL
- Working cross functionally with colleagues, achieving a team focus to develop and deliver solutions to customers and consumers.
- Marketing Operations team, supports operations teams in key projects.
EXTERNAL
- Suppliers and 3rd Party, must be able to extract fair value from/ through our agencies and affiliated partners to drive projects. Develop great relationships with old and new suppliers.
