A dynamic & confident custodian required to engage with stakeholders and customers to cultivate a client centric culture throughout the network. This hands-on role requires managing and updating online claims, compile reports, assist with daily operations such as ops queries, complaints, incoming correspondences, administration, invoice and payment queries as well.
