Lead Generation Specialist - B2B Sales (6 months contract)

In order to be considered the following is required:
- Grade 12
- Prior experience in cold calling or telesales is highly valuable
- Computer literate
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Use various tools and platforms to research and identify potential customers
- Develop strategies to create a consistent pipeline of new leads through online research, networking, social media and marketing campaigns
- Assess the quality of leads based on specific criteria (e.g. budget, need, timeline) to ensure they align with the business goals
- Regularly update and manage lead information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data
- Reach out to potential leads via phone or email to introduce products or services and engage in initial conversations
- Build relationships with leads by providing valuable information, answering questions and maintaining regular follow-ups
- Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and provide all necessary information for closing deals
- Provide regular reports on lead generation progress, including lead volume, conversion rates and insights into areas for improvement
