Job Summary
Tracking Company is expanding across the South African market and we are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Representative. Having a strong background in Financial Services or Insurance would be an advantage. This role is suited to a professional salesperson who understands long sales cycles, decision makers, compliance driven clients, and the discipline required to consistently close high value business.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for developing and managing B2B sales opportunities within the fleet, asset and vehicle tracking space. This includes prospecting, presenting solutions, managing a structured pipeline and closing deals with clients who expect professionalism, reliability and long term value.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and grow B2B opportunities within the South African fleet and commercial vehicle market
* Prospect new business through structured cold calling, referrals and existing networks
* Engage decision makers including operations managers, financial managers and business owners
* Conduct consultative meetings and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
* Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature
* Maintain accurate records and pipeline management.
* Build long term, trusted client relationships with a focus on retention and upsell
* Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Represent the business professionally in the market
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years proven sales experience in Financial Services, Insurance or related B2B environments
* Strong understanding of structured sales processes and pipeline management
* Proven ability to sell solutions, not just products
* Confident engaging senior decision makers
* Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
* Self disciplined, target driven and results focused
* Valid driver’s licence and comfortable travelling for client meetings
* Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot advantageous)
