Expand client base - new business development, canvassing new clients

Compile and advertise positions on various platforms
Screen and match candidates to client requirements, interviews, verifications and checks - full recruitment life cycle (in service training will be provided)
General administration (above average reading and typing skills)
Requirements
Minimum Matric. Tertiary Qualification highly recommended
Must be living in Plettenberg Bay or surrounds, must be prepared to work office based during office hours (NOT negotiable)
A proven track record of at least 3+ years in external sales essential, preferably in the services sector. NOT Retail sales
A strong pipeline to conversion ratio, strong relationship building expertise
An existing database of contacts, network or potential clients will be beneficial
Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience highly advantageous
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), meticulous attention to detail
Must have sound knowledge of marketing, MS Word, and the ability to easily master software packages
Must be completely bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
Candidates with high emotional intelligence, resilience, ability to work independently but also strong team players, are most likely to succeed in this exciting, yet demanding industry
Must be flexible and adaptable, keen to learn and driven to succeed
Only dynamic applicants with a hunger to achieve and exceed targets, need apply
Own reliable transport with valid driver’s license and own laptop preferred

Remuneration
Basic (negotiable depending on qualifications and experience), plus commission/incentives based on performance – target driven.
