Job Summary
Sales Consultant responsible for assisting customers with computer hardware, software and accessories, providing product advice, processing sales and contributing towards store sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers and identify their product requirements
Provide advice on computer hardware, software and accessories
Recommend suitable products and solutions
Process sales transactions
Assist with stock control and merchandising
Maintain knowledge of products, pricing and promotions
Handle customer queries, returns and after-sales support
Work towards individual and store sales targets
Requirements
Matric essential
Previous retail sales experience
Technology/electronics retail experience advantageous
Good knowledge of computer hardware, software and accessories
Strong communication and customer service skills
Target-driven and proactive
Good upselling and problem-solving ability
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Well-presented and professional
Package: R8,000 basic + commission, depending on experience.
