Manager - Retail Sector
Report to: DirectorSeniority Level: Mid Career (4 - 6 yrs exp)
Region: Mpumalanga
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting stock takes, cycle counts, and variance investigations
- Overseeing stock movement, receiving, dispatching, and shrinkage control
- Supporting store managers with daily operational requirements
- Monitoring stock accuracy and implementing corrective actions
- Traveling to various branches for audits, checks, and operational support
- Assisting with basic reporting, record-keeping, and compliance tasks
- Maintaining high standards of organization, accuracy, and accountability
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail stock take, stock control, and store operations
- Strong understanding of retail processes and inventory systems
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly
- Good communication, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
