Vendor Relations : Liaise with suppliers to negotiate favourable terms, resolve disputes, and maintain positive relationships. Store Maintenance : Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of the store, ensuring a visually appealing and functional retail space. Reporting : Generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making. Training and Development : Conduct training sessions for store staff to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and operational efficiency. Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, particularly regarding safety, security, and product handling. Requirements: Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the electrical industry. Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
