QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
• Relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage
• 2-3 Years minimum experience in the sales and marketing field
• Expertise in tele/online sales with excellent customer service skills
• A solid understanding of online marketing
• Experience with web design
• Knowledge of Security Alarm equipment
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
• Must be fluent in English and excellent writing skills.
• Customer care, client liaison and relationship building skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Good report writing skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Be able to handle pressure and stay cool, calm and collective under stressful situations
GENERAL:
• RSA citizen
• Valid drivers’ licence with own vehicle
• Clear criminal record
