Duties:

• Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns from initiation to completion

• Maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and progress reports

• Liaise with internal departments, external agencies, and suppliers

• Assist with campaign planning, implementation, and reporting

• Review marketing materials for accuracy and brand compliance

• Proofread content before publication and coordinate revisions

• Monitor quality standards across all marketing outputs

• Manage marketing records, documentation, and asset libraries

• Process quotations, invoices, and administrative requirements

• Organize exhibitions, trade shows, and various events including logistics and stakeholder communication

• Manage website content updates and monitor website functionality

• Oversee social media channels, develop content calendars, and track engagement metrics

• Compile reports on marketing activities and performance

• Support budget tracking and expenditure administration

• Contribute to the implementation of new marketing initiatives

• Identify opportunities for departmental improvement and efficiency

Requirements:

• Grade 12

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.

• 2 - 4 years’ experience in similar role.

• Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.

• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Experience coordinating events, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional activities.

• Valid driver's licence and own transport, must be willing to travel.
