Internal Sales Representative – Germiston – Tools and Hardware- OTE R20k - R30k
The Opportunity
If you are an Internal Sales professional who takes pride in converting technical quotes into confirmed orders, this role gives you real ownership. Based in Germiston, you will earn R20,000 – R30,000 CTC, with clear performance expectations and direct impact on revenue. You will work in the industrial instrumentation space, supporting conveyor systems, belt scales, and safety equipment used in mining and manufacturing.

What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare accurate technical quotations for belt scales, conveyor switches, speed monitoring and level detection systems
Interpret product specifications and match the correct solution to customer needs
Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed orders
Liaise with suppliers and operations to confirm pricing, stock availability and lead times
Maintain CRM records and manage your internal sales pipeline
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years Internal Sales experience in an industrial, electrical, mechanical or instrumentation environment
Proven ability to prepare and convert technical quotations
Strong understanding of industrial products and technical specifications
Experience working with CRM and ERP systems
Matric (Compulsory)
Tertiary qualification in Sales, Business, Electrical or Industrial Engineering (Advantageous)
Experience servicing mining, aggregates, utilities or bulk material handling sectors (Advantageous)
Knowledge of conveyor systems or industrial instrumentation (Strong Advantage)
