Job Summary
Our client, a well-established organisation operating within the materials handling and equipment industry, is seeking to employ a dynamic and highly organised Group Marketing Coordinator to join their team based in Johannesburg.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing coordination or vendor management
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities
- Familiarity with social media and basic digital marketing principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Act as the main communication point between the company, the marketing agency, and supplier marketing teams.
- Oversee and monitor agency deliverables
- Ensure on-time delivery of content, images, and campaign materials.
- Maintain regular contact with the marketing division for updated assets and initiatives.
- Assist in planning all companywide marketing events and quarterly media sessions.
- Track project timelines and prevent delays
- Distribute incoming leads to the appropriate sales teams.
- Consolidate monthly & annual marketing calendars and budgets.
- Keep accurate documentation of approvals, deliverables, and reports.
- Support group administration/finance tasks as required.
