Sales Representative - Sachets & Refresher Towels

• Energetic, relationship-driven Sales Representative to drive sales of our custom, personalized, and branded sachets.
• In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in industries such as hospitality and beauty, offering bespoke, high-quality packaging solutions.
• Build relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase products.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently meet or exceed Monthly/Quarterly sales targets and volume goals.
• Proactively find and engage potential clients through phone, email, networking, and industry events to introduce our personalized sachet options.
• Our product expert and helping clients customize their sachets (design, material, branding, product type) to meet their specific marketing or operational needs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat orders.
• Present tailored solutions and quotes to potential clients, negotiating terms and closing deals to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate, timely production and delivery of orders.
• Stay up-to-date on packaging industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
• Conduct regular, daily stock checks in the manufacturing to ensure customer stock is produced and packed according to customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in marketing and Sales or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in custom packaging, printing, or a related promotional products industry.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client customization projects simultaneously.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent problem-solver.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and industry professionals.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Own Car.
• Able to Travel.
