Marketing Coordinator – Luxury Wine Estate | Franschhoek Salary: R20,000 – R22,000 (Negotiable DOE) Location: Franschhoek, Western Cape Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join a leading luxury wine estate based in Franschhoek. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a passion for wine, hospitality, and lifestyle branding. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the estate’s marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and coordinating both digital and on-site marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across all platforms Manage social media accounts, including content planning, creation, and community engagement Coordinate photoshoots, events, media visits, and other brand activations on the estate Maintain the brand’s website and ensure content is accurate and up to date Collaborate with the sales, events, and hospitality teams to promote estate offerings Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance analytics Manage mailing lists and coordinate the distribution of newsletters and promotional materials Support PR efforts, including media liaison and press release coordination Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints Key Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within hospitality, tourism, or wine industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and basic design software Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment Passion for the luxury wine and lifestyle sector To apply, please send your CV to Kendrick Recruitment.
