Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and strategic prospecting.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
Technical Presentations: Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and lead generation to closing deals and post-sale follow-up.
Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on market trends and competitor activity.
Industry Experience: Proven track record of sales success within Electronics Manufacturing, Security, ICT, Telecoms, or the IT industry.
Sales Expertise: Strong "new business" hunter instinct with a demonstrated ability to close complex deals.
Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
Drive: Highly self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
Technical Literacy: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and technical product specifications.
