Job Summary
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a driven, self-motivated Car Salesperson to join their team in Durbanville, Cape Town.In this role, you’ll actively sell vehicles, generate your own leads, follow up on advertising inquiries, build lasting customer relationships, and close deals with confidence. Responsibilities:
• Actively sell new and used cars to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, and personal initiatives.
• Follow up on advertising-generated leads to convert inquiries into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Provide expert advice to customers on vehicle features, financing, and promotions.
• Prepare and finalize all necessary documentation for car sales.
• Work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and sales techniques to maximize performance.
• Track and report sales activity, including leads generated and cars sold.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of car sales experience
• Own transport and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to close deals and meet targets independently
• Own phone for client follow-ups
