As the sole marketing professional, you will oversee strategy support, digital marketing, content creation, branding, and campaign execution. Key Responsibilities

Develop and support the implementation of marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

Manage and maintain all digital channels, including social media and website content.

Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

Plan and execute campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Support lead generation and sales efforts through marketing initiatives.

Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and identify new opportunities.

Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for management.

Coordinate with external vendors, media contacts, and partners as needed.

Maintain organized records of campaigns, marketing assets, and analytics.
Requirements

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a generalist or all-rounder role.

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel to other site locations when required.
Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing platforms).
