Job Summary
Our client is a leader in the short-term investment industry looking for a Telesales Agent to assist their dynamic team in Pinelands, Cape Town on a 6-month in-office project where you will play a key role in engaging with existing clients advising them some wonderful changes which will benefit their existing portfolios.
The project is due to start in May 2026 and will run for 6 months only.
Requirements:
- Experience with short-term insurance / investments / wealth management and financial products
- Proven telesales experience within the investment / financial services sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, target-driven and resilient personality
- Able to work effectively in an office environment
- Immediately available
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to current investors
- Present and explain investment products clearly and persuasively
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve and exceed targets
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and investment knowledge
