Job Summary
Well-established dealership seeking a target-driven Car Sales Executive with proven experience in motor vehicle sales. Role focused on generating leads, closing deals, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year motor vehicle sales experience (essential)
- Strong sales and negotiation ability
- Target-driven and results-focused
- Well-presented and professional
- Valid driver’s licence
- Own reliable vehicle
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell new and/or used vehicles
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Follow up on leads and enquiries
- Negotiate and close sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Every second Saturday
Salary & Commission:
- Basic: R6,000
- Commission:
- R1,000 per unit (1–4 units)
- R2,000 per unit (5–7 units)
- R3,000 per unit (8–12 units)
- R5,000 bonus on 12th vehicle
Earning potential: ± R30k–R36k/month
