Marketing Coordinator

Pepperclub Hotel is recruiting a structured, detail-driven Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of hotel marketing activities across all departments. This is an execution role focused on coordination, quality control, and ensuring marketing initiatives are rolled out accurately, consistently, and on brand.
About the Role
You will oversee the hotel’s marketing calendar and coordinate campaigns, collateral, website updates, and email communication. You will provide quality control across all marketing outputs and oversee the Social Media & Content Creator to ensure content aligns with approved plans and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Planning & Coordination
• Own and manage the monthly marketing calendar (rooms, spa, F&B, events, offers)
• Coordinate campaign rollout across departments and suppliers
• Track actions, deadlines, and delivery against plan
Brand Oversight & Quality Control
• Review and approve weekly content plans prior to publishing
• Ensure brand consistency across visuals, tone, and guest messaging
• Identify gaps or risks and correct before release
Website, Email & Digital Support
• Coordinate website updates, banners, packages, and landing pages
• Prepare and coordinate newsletters and promotional emails
• Ensure accuracy of offers, content, and guest-facing communication
Collateral & Supplier Management
• Coordinate printing and production of marketing collateral
• Liaise with designers, printers, and suppliers
• Track quotes, approvals, and delivery timelines
Reporting & Insights
• Compile monthly marketing reports covering campaigns, digital activity, and delivery
• Provide clear updates and recommendations to the Management team

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing
• 3–5 years marketing coordination or digital marketing experience
• Hospitality experience advantageous
• CMS exposure (WordPress, Wix, or similar)
• Strong written communication and administrative discipline
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
