Customer Relations – Milnerton - Self-Storage Industry

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to storage enquiries

• Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings

• Prepare quotes and explain storage options clearly and honestly

• Capture and maintain accurate customer data on the CRM system

• Process orders and coordinate a smooth handover to operations

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years sales experience, ideally in internal or phone-based sales

• Proven ability to follow up leads and close deals

• Strong customer communication and listening skills

• Comfortable working to targets and daily KPIs

• Experience with CRM systems and sales administration

• Matric (Grade 12) required
