What You’ll Be Doing
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to storage enquiries
Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
Prepare quotes and explain storage options clearly and honestly
Capture and maintain accurate customer data on the CRM system
Process orders and coordinate a smooth handover to operations
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years sales experience, ideally in internal or phone-based sales
Proven ability to follow up leads and close deals
Strong customer communication and listening skills
Comfortable working to targets and daily KPIs
Experience with CRM systems and sales administration
Matric (Grade 12) required
