Regular follow-up and invoicing of new orders Solutions to any customer complaints and possible issues (stock being delivered incorrectly, referral of repairs and stock to be returned etc) Continuous personal growth and knowledge flexibility Teamwork to ensure orders can go out as soon as possible. Ensure that quotes are communicated effectively to Clients. Responding to emails timeously Following up on overdue orders, quotations, and deliveries Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Liaise with other departments to ensure stock requirements are communicated and met to have readily available for clients. Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs. Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly or report to the respective manager to address.
