Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute the marketing strategy.
- Own the marketing plan, including budget management and performance tracking against KPIs.
- Drive brand positioning and increase organic visibility through both organic and paid strategies.
- Manage the full marketing funnel: content creation, ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and SEO.
- Maintain and optimize the company website; coordinate technical updates with internal teams.
- Manage tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics for performance insights.
- Create marketing collateral, including case studies, sales decks, and ad hoc graphic or video content.
- Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with external partners (e.g., webinars, guest posts).
- Stay up to date with industry trends, monitor competitors, and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to inform strategy and improve customer experience.
- Work closely with product teams to share market insights and influence product direction.
Skills and Experience:
- 8–10 years of experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within B2B software or eCommerce.
- Proven success in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Consistent track record of meeting lead generation targets and contributing to revenue growth.
- Experience in both inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
- Solid understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Proficiency in paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads) and platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and in-person.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strategic thinker with an understanding of the eCommerce and SaaS B2B sales cycle.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or eCommerce platforms is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics.
- Experience working across international markets is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
