Job Summary

- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management
Responsibilities:
- An administrator will monitor emails while you are on the road
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key account clients, which includes understanding their needs, preferences and goals – ensuring this is aligned with the company’s products and services
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with key clients, including pricing, terms and conditions
- Ensuring that contracts are executed accurately and that both parties fulfil their obligations
- Collaborating with various internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, operations transport and customer service to ensure that key account needs are met effectively and efficiently
- Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and addressing any issues or concerns raised by key accounts promptly
- Implementing strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to key accounts, thereby maximizing revenue potential
- Anticipating and mitigating potential risks or challenges that may impact key account relationships or business objectives
- Regular client visits to ensure client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, foster long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction
