Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies to drive growth and market share.
Oversee end-to-end product campaigns, from conceptualization and product launches to post-campaign analysis.
Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum return on investment.
Conduct market research and monitor consumer trends to identify new product opportunities and competitive advantages.
Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and operations teams to align brand messaging and commercial goals.
Maintain and elevate the brand’s visual identity across all digital, print, and experiential platforms.
Lead and mentor internal creative team members or manage external agency relationships.
Requirements
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or a highly relevant field is essential.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in brand or marketing management.
Industry Background: A solid, mandatory background within the Food & Beverage sector.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving successful product-to-market strategies.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
