Job Summary
Qualification- Matric / Senior Certificate
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Visual Communication or Multimedia Design.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience creating corporate marketing material.
- Industrial/manufacturing experience will be advantageous.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or advanced Canva.
- Basic CAD experience (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar software) will be advantageous.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Basic website content management knowledge will be advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Design professional company brochures and product datasheets.
- Create product catalogues and company profile documents.
- Produce branded marketing material for electric motors, variable speed drives and industrial products.
- Create posters, banners, calendars and promotional material.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Create engaging social media content on a daily or alternate-day basis.
- Manage company social media platforms.
- Develop educational, promotional and project-based content.
- Take product photographs and create marketing visuals.
- Assist with basic video creation and editing.
- Create professional project showcase documents and case studies.
- Assist with website design, user experience and content layout.
- Coordinate with the website hosting provider/developer to ensure the website remains updated, professional and functioning effectively.
- Maintain and improve website content, images and product information.
- Maintain an organized library of marketing material.
- Coordinate external printing suppliers where required.
- Support the sales team with professional sales material.
- Design and coordinate all company-branded employee apparel and corporate merchandise, including managing suppliers, branding requirements, ordering and maintaining consistency across all staff uniforms.
- Assist with basic CAD drawings and simple technical layouts to support product documentation, marketing material and internal projects.
